What happens once I submit my request for the FREE trial? How long does it take to take my site 'live'?

Once you have submitted your request. Citi Channel runs our standard due diligence process. If your property name is listed in our database it is typically completed within 24 - 48 hours, if your property is not in our database it may take up to 5 - 7 working days. Upon successful completion of the due diligence we email you the customized code with instructions. This custom code needs to be hyper linked into your property website by the person or company that looks after your website.

Are there any costs I would incur during my Trail period?

No there are no costs to you from our end to use the service during your trial period. There may be some nominal costs you may need to pay your website developer to link the customized code we provide you with, into your website. It should not take your website developer more than a few minutes to hyper link our code on your website.

Why do I need to provide a credit card at the time of request?

We require your credit card details for authentication purpose only and to complete our due diligence. We authenticate your credit card by charging the card $1 which is refunded immediately.

When is my credit card charged?

Your credit card is only charged after the 120 day trial period has expired and only if you opt to continue with the service. If you choose to cancel the service after the trial period then your credit card is never charged.

Do you provide any notice that my trial is about to be over?

Yes, we will send you a reminder 7 days prior to the expiration of the trial period informing you that your trial period is about to be over.

If we cancel the service after the trial period is over, are there any costs or charges we are liable for?

Absolutely not. There is no obligation for you to continue with the service and you are not liable for any costs or charges.

Can I upgrade or down grade the service after my trial period?

Yes, you can upgrade or down grade the service any time during or after the trial period.

Once I have tried out a particular plan for the trial period, can I try another trial plan?

We are sorry you can only try one plan for trial. Since there are no costs during the trial, we recommend you try the Premium plan during the trial period. And if you choose to do so, you may switch to the Standard plan post the trial period.

Can I switch to the Basic plan after my trial period?

Yes you may do so. Your Basic plan will be valid for a period of 8 months after you switch to it.

What is, and how does the 'Advertisement Revenue Sharing Option' work? Can I participate in the program?

Yes we do offer an advertising revenue sharing (optional) plan, whereby you may choose to sell advertising to your advertisers. Please contact us via email for details after your trial period has ended.

Can I participate in the 'Advertisement Revenue Sharing Option' during the trial period?

No. The optional revenue sharing plan is available to you after the trial period.
